Application for Organizations (Publications, General Publishers, and Service Members)

Application for Individuals (Staff, Freelance, and Affiliate Members)

The Application Process:

After you submit an application, your application form and any additional materials are sent to CPA's Membership Committee. They review your application and make a recommendation for your approval at the monthly Board of Directors meeting. Your application is accepted upon approval of the Board of Directors.

Membership Reactivation:

We understand that financial constraints and other circumstances may cause members to drop their CPA Membership for a few years. We want to make it easy for you to rejoin CPA.

If you were a dues-paying Publisher Member within the past four years, the CPA office can reactivate your membership without going through the application process. Freelance and Affiliate members may also qualify for reactivation if you have the same job as you did when you left CPA. Email to make your reactivation request or call 312-380-6789.
