Digital Transformation Seminar
Catholic Media Association & PurpleGray Consulting Present

The CMA Digital Transformation Seminar Series

Transition your workflow process from print-first to content-first.
Produce content that can be used immediately across multiple platforms...
and save time while you’re at it!

Perfect for remote access work.

Introduced to members at the 2019 St. Petersburg, Catholic Media Conference, this 100% remote, low-cost, low-intensity Digital Transformation Seminar Series allows smaller Catholic publishers and dioceses to overhaul their workflow processes at a pace that can be integrated into their existing work schedule.

“Kilian has jump-started us into a much smarter and [more] efficient way of working.”
John Feister, Cincinnati, OH

“We just closed our entire issue by 2pm [as opposed to 6pm]! It’s working!!!
Peter Finney, New Orleans, LA

Under the guidance of Kilian Schalk, who helped transform workflows for Our Sunday Visitor, America Media, and thirteen other member publications, participating CMA members will meet (virtually), share, and help each other learn how to adopt a content-first approach… allowing each team to streamline, speed up, and simplify their own production and distribution processes.

We are knee deep in training and loving it.”
Marnie McAllister, Louisville, KY

“Our CMA training with Kilian Schalk of PurpleGray Consulting is an answer to [a] prayer.”
Barb Arland-Fye, Davenport, IA
