2020 Book Awards


The CPA Book Awards program allows publishers, authors, and book editors to present their work. The awards program helps promote outstanding Catholic material to the general public. CPA members and non-members alike may participate.

Winners are announced at the annual Catholic Media Conference and published in the June issue of The Catholic Journalist. Award certificates are mailed from the CPA office after the conference ends.

Both CPA members and non-members may enter the CPA Book Awards.

Publishers may submit any works published by their company. Authors may submit works of which they are the primary author or co-author. Editors may submit their own compilations or reference books.

Books submitted to the 2020 CPA Book Awards must have a copyright date of 2019 (unless entering into categories B41, B46 or B48)
